It all began when our founder Shawnn feels like having a cup of good coffee after a long day at work and realised that there is none in the office. Undeterred, he decided to venture out to search for one but realised that there are no good cafes nearby either, with his office being based in an industrial area.

After being rejected by multiple cafe owner friends to bring good coffee to his area, he finally decided to take the plunge and do it himself instead. The long road to setting up Niu Cafe started with Shawnn visiting various coffee producers around the world himself, coming up with different special blends all the way to customising the production process just to make sure that a cup of good coffee can be made available to all hardworking folks in the office as and when they need it.

 

Because office coffee shouldn't be bad coffee.
